         To ensure the perfect deployment of the first three equipments, Gasbarre, an American company that supplies presses, sent Andrew Whyte, an engineer who provides technical assistance, to monitor the completion of the equipment assembly and to train the employees in the sector. "I’ve been with Gasbarre for two years and during this period I have visited more than 20 countries doing this work, and Brazil is my favorite one. Metalpó in particular is a company that has an excellent organizational work climate; all the employees are very considerate and the corporation provides the full structure necessary to perform the work.” Andrew, who came to Brazil for the 8th time to work, still wishes to leave a special message to the teams who received their training: “I thank you all for your attention and commitment throughout the training.
